1. Service Overview

Our detailing service provides professional cleaning, and protective treatments for your vehicle’s interior and exterior. By scheduling our services, you agree to the following:

Access to Vehicle: You agree to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon location and time, along with any necessary keys or entry codes.

Water and Electricity: You agree to provide access to water and electricity at the service location, unless otherwise arranged with the detailer.

3. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before the scheduled detailing appointment. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle or any damage caused by items not removed prior to service.

4. Service Limitations

While we make every effort to thoroughly clean and restore your vehicle, detailing services may not remove all stains, scratches, or damage. We cannot guarantee complete removal of deep scratches, oxidation, or other permanent damage.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. Accepted payment methods include cash, apple pay, zelle, or any other pre-approved form of payment.

6. Liability and Insurance

We take great care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or additional wear that may become apparent during the detailing process. Minor scratches and damage may be addressed if noted in advance.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Weather and Environmental Conditions

In cases of severe weather or environmental conditions that prevent safe and effective detailing, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as early as possible to reschedule at a convenient time.

9. Acknowledgment of Service Scope

You understand that while we use professional-grade products and techniques, detailing does not provide permanent protection against dirt, grime, or environmental elements. We recommend regular maintenance to keep your vehicle in top condition.

10. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes or add modifications to this agreement at any time, with or without prior notice.
